Mine have always worked fine together, on two different systems.  They work fine now.  I was hoping you'd get/give some definitive  information from EVGA. 
The only thing I can do to my system is make sure everything is perfect.
The gts450 is a great card and performs wonderfully alone, and in sli.
Did they just "send a replacement" with no explanation?

naw they never went into detail why the 450 has GF116 chips in them...oh well, whatevers...they paid for shipping so i'm cool :)
