Motherboard and RAM recommendations to run 2-3 GPU's, please help? :)

Im building a gaming PC with multi GPU setup – it will be running 3 x 27 Inch Monitors. I would like to run my games as close as possible to maximum settings.
I have decided on the following:
GPU: 2 x EVGA GeForce GTX780 Superclocked w/ ACX Cooler
CPU: i7 3930k
RAM: 16gb
Could you please provide recommendations for:
Mobo:
Ram:
Please keep in mind I plan on overclocking the CPU and I could potentially add a 3rd GPU (EVGA) immediately or within the next 6-12 months (still deciding).
Not to concerned about budget, I would like the best setup for what I am trying to achieve.

    Mobo - Rampage 4 Extreme.
    Ram - almost doesn't matter. Something Corsair, IMHO.
    Third card - necessary for high resolutions at max settings. Especially with no budget limits.

    I don't really notice much of a bottleneck with my setup. Dual Titans with X58 motherboard and a 920 OC to 4.0 GHz.
     
    Granted I have an SSD and 12GB of OC RAM to help push my system along.
