MY 3090 FW3 ULTRA HYDRO COPPER SHOWS ERROR 43

Hi, everyone.
Just left my PC rendering and upscaling some wallpapers and downloading movies then I noticed in the morning it restarted.
Now I see that one of my EVGA FTW3 ULTRA shows error 43.
tried DDU but same result
tried different power cables, it doesnt work
funny thing is shows normal display. (at the time of this post, I'm using it as my main display driver)
my room usually is 69 to 74 degrees and despite I use it for rendering, it reaches 48 to 50 with watercooling
can You please help me??

    Sounds like it has kicked the bucket.
    I would contact EVGA and start the troubleshooting process which leads towards getting it replaced via warranty.

    Are you using three separate power cables? I believe these need independent power cables.
