More than a few people dislike Call of Duty.  Look at PC gamer and any PC gaming forum.  Loads of PC gamers hate it, although like you said, it is the #1 bestselling game (not even just FPS) and is one of the most played games on Steam now, outdoing Skyrim finally.  Looks like lots of PC gamers are hypocrites as well.

Exactly.  I have every game but the last three were purchased by my mom.  The woman won't listen to me when I tell her to not buy me the "new" COD title every year.  Secretly she does it just to piss off my wife!

I'm not a cheering for MW but they are doing something right.  They are raking in money by the boat loads and more games than we want to admit try to copy MW in hopes of cashing in.

And im not one, i voice my hatred for cod a lot. The only cod game i have ever bought was cod 2 and mw2. Will not buy one again until activision changes their ways.

At least Treyarch makes an attempt to appease the PC masses.

 
How so?  Dedicated servers?  MW3 has that as well.  Treyarch and IW Call of Duty games are still clear console ports, and catered toward consoles and console gamers.  Everything about the gameplay just shows this is true, and the graphics and sound are more proof.

Because lots of people like it.  That doesn't mean the game is flawless or even close.  The hit detection is terrible.  Most people like it because they can get a decent amount of kills in most matches, and it's fast paced action.  This doesn't negate the fact that all of the maps are tiny, gameplay has no variety, it requires no skill or teamwork, the campaign is short and rushed (well the entire game is rushed), the game is a rehash, and it trails in the opposite direction of the older Call of Duty games (semi-authentic war games vs children's arcade games).  Most gamers are immature kids anyway, so why follow them like mindless sheep?

One day, someone is going to find your smurf accounts for BF3 and MW3.  You must play them all the time, because for some reason you can't go more than 24 hours without posting in every BF3 thread that exists.

cod is for sheep, its the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over. BF3 is better but...it could be better (coming from someone with 200hrs+ of BF3).

No it's not.  It's for people that like that particular game/gameplay or whatever else they like in the MW Series. 

Not everybody likes the same thing.

no they're sheep because they buy the same thing EVERY YEAR. I have no problem with COD4:MW but after that it was just copy/pasted with smaller and smaller maps and crappy sound, bad graphics, and stupid perks. I still play COD4 its a good game but buying the same thing for $60 every year is idiotic at best.

That mindless sheep point is a direct response to your "everyone likes it, so it must be good" point.  As for posting in every BF3 thread that exists, look up at the thread title and original post.  Do you see BF3 in there?

Actually, it kinda does.  Sales, in particular REPEAT sales are indicative of someone providing others with a product or service they enjoy.  Just because YOU can't see the value in it, doesn't mean it's not there.  
 
Like I've said before, I DO NOT enjoy the MW series, I actually think it's really bad...... but a TON of people seem to think it's good.  So TO ME, the game is not good, but apparently I'm in the minority.    

I was speaking in general about you posting in BF3 Threads, you seem to post in nearly every BF3 thread that gets posted.  It's like you have this thing about BF3, and I haven't looked in any MW3 threads in a while, but you must have something against MW3 as well?  Also, don't think I'm saying you SHOULDN'T be posting in whatever threads you wish, I just fail to see why you care to even bother reminding us every 5 minutes how much you hate BF3?

Looking at my first post in this thread, it was a direct response made to another member's post.  If you were better at reading and understanding, you'd see I'm not just "reminding us every 5 minutes how much you hate BF3".  I do enjoy some of the humorous responses I get as well, and MW3 and BF3 threads tend to have posts that are interesting enough to reply to.  I can see you don't like me posting in these threads, but I'm afraid I don't really care.
