Today, MSI - the premium laptop brand with luxurious aesthetic, extreme performance, and innovative technology, proudly announces that its brand-new flagship gaming laptop Titan 18 HX will be the world's first laptop featuring 18" 4K/120 Hz Mini LED display, which is also the most premium laptop display right now.

The 4K/120 Hz Mini LED display on Titan 18 is powered by AmLED technology from AUO, which promises super-bright backlighting, decent HDR performance and wide-enough color gamut. The peak brightness of the display is over 1000 nits, which is 2.5 times brighter compared to regular LCD and thanks to its Adaptive Control Technology, sharper image quality with less halo effect could be expected. I'd like to see the full specs. Obviously the price will be high.

    At that size it's probably more accurately considered a desktop replacement rather than a portable laptop. There's some really nice laptop screens coming out now - the ASUS laptop in my sig has a 16" miniLED panel (2560x1600), 100% DCI-P3, 240Hz refresh rate, 3ms response, HDR600, up to 1,100 nits peak brightness, 100,000:1 contrast ratio, and G-Sync! Easily the best laptop display I've ever had or experienced. Combined with the 4080 GPU and the i9-13980HX CPU, it's a dream.
