LED SYNC Not Working on RTX 2060 Super XC Ultra and CLC 240

i just build PC with those 2 component, and it seems LED Sync won't do anything to those 2 LED (GPU and CLC), the RGB LED can be set individualy just fine, the problem is just LED Sync won't response anything to those devices.
i'm using latest version of EVGA Precision X1 and Flow Control.
anybody can help?

    I have the same issue with my 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra and 280 CLC. Tried every combination of options and buttons I could think of in the LED sync panel and nothing seems to sync them up. They'll sometimes seem to be in sync for a few color changes but then quickly separate.

    yeah, that's mean LED Sync not working, i asked EVGA Support team, they claimed latest version of EVGA Precision X1 fix LED Sync issue, but in fact i still have an issue.
