I got the HC-440 Notify today and Noctua fans for the Hybrid on my porch this afternoon , on the Fence about the water block though.

Can someone with KPH or water cooling knowledge please help??  This KPH is my first hybrid card / radiator thing .
 
The only config I can do is a front exhaust with the KP Hybrid in my case.
 
Can I put fans on both sides of the radiator as a front exhaust ?  If so, what fans should I replace the stock Hybrid ones with for each side?  ie, should the inside be faster or slower?  inside is attached to the card fan controller.  outside is on sysfan headers.  or is there a way to include all of them on the card power to achieve nirvana?

Yes, you could use fans on both sides of the radiator simultaneously. That’s called a push-pull configuration. Just make sure the fans are all facing the same direction. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a push-push or pull-pull config, and that wouldn’t do much good. Otherwise, having the fans ramp up or slow down at the same RPM for either side in a push-pull config is ideal.

As far as fans go, look for ones that are rated or specified for static pressure. Personally, I’m using Corsair ML120s. Also, get yourself a PWM fan hub. My CPU runs hotter than my GPU, so my fans follow a self-set curve based on the CPU and the GPU benefits from it. Your mileage may vary in that department, so you’ll have to determine your own curve. Oh, and using a fan hub by separating the fans’ power from the GPU by plugging it into a motherboard header will free up a few watts of GPU power as an added bonus.

In my case, I have 2 separate loop 1 for my KPHC and 1 for my 5800x. I have a single 420, 45mm thick for each loop, with 3x140mm furious Vardar from EK. Front rad is pull intake, and top rad is exhaust push (no other fitting option, had to get the fittings in or use other rads).

Push pull doesn't add much in return, best to get a single set of good static pressure fan (mine don't have RGB 'cause I was looking for the best static pressure from EK). But if you are looking for absolute best, just go ahead as long as it can fit; and try to maintain for each single set of push pull the same speed on both fans, you will get your best results this way (but it's not best bang for the buck... Say one with a KP anyway 🤣).

Make sure to still maintain enough airflow in your case, and keep the backplate cool, that gddr6x is a monster heater (see this discussion: https://forums.evga.com/m...px?m=3219773&p=102 ). TLDR thermal pads and fans are not the best (again), but that card is technically not intended for gaming but xoc, so doesn't matter in this case, but it does for a more "normal user" oriented.

Thank you!  I'm trying to keep my case config as compact as possible so top exhaust isnt possible.

Thank you Enewt and the others who have helped make the wait bearable.  I know it's just a graphics card, but I did not anticipate waiting this long.

I wish I would have joined the queue for one of these. 

Hopefully they aren't wasting too many blocks on the kits. Seems pretty dumb to have people buy a Hybrid and the kit versus just buying the HydroCopper in the first place.

I think it would have been better if EVGA only sent out emails to those who were sold Kingpins about buying water blocks as kits.  Then offer the Water block kits as an add on option for only those that bought or buying the hybrids.  EVGA does have a record of who bought the Kingpins as they are sold directly through them, but that would also mean more work on their side so maybe that's why they didn't do a controlled release of the water block kits.  

 
To avoid the dinosaur and dinosaur egg issue, I would be ok if they limited it to those that had purchase KPE Hybrids and those who had registered for the KPE Hybrid queue (but had not yet been given the opportunity to purchase the card).

Thanks Mech9t5, I'm really glad you were also able to get your water block kit ordered as well.  My hybrid GPU might sit for a bit since I'm not really keen on rebuilding my system again so soon.  I just completed my open loop last month, and I got my new 5950 I was lucky enough to score at MSRP from Amazon yesterday as well.  I might want to wait to see how much longer it might take Optimus to release the 1st batch of water blocks for the Kingpin before I make plans to install my new GPU when it gets here. A couple of the tubes are more than likely going to need to be re-done because the change of GPUs no matter which block I put on the Kingpin.  I'm now committed to the Kingpin which is why I would want to do it just once.  One of my challenges is going to be bench testing the Kingpin when it comes in.  I would want to do it as soon as possible, but I am missing ram and NVME drives to complete another system to test.  I might ask my local pc shop to help me out to bench test my new Kingpin just to make sure it works before I pack it away and wait.  Sounds a bit crazy, but I'm already using a 3090 with the Optimus block so I'm in no real rush to install my Kingpin.  
 
I hope your conversion goes well with your KP EVGA water block.  I figured your conversion is a place holder as well as I believe you want the Optimus block as well.
