I wish EVGA offered shipping with a company besides UPS. Of all the shipping companies, UPS most consistently seems to drop the ball on doing anything right this year. I get volumes are up except the shenanigans I have seen lately are absurd. My KPE shipped on Monday and I still don't even have an estimate of when it may show up. I took the advice and went with ground because even their expedited shipping is so pathetic right now (it almost seems criminal/fraudulent). Anyway, just a heads up that if you do get called, it may be another 1-2 weeks before UPS can actually figure out how to do the only thing it is supposed to do.
You can’t really blame UPS for the delay. All carriers are having the same issue because of this COVID situation. I ordered some fans from Performance PCS with FedEx shipping and the flight to Canada was delayed at the Memphis FedEx Hub/airport for 9 hours. It took two extra days just to be delivered. UPS, FEDEX, etc, have indicated in their website that they are experiencing delays. It sucks, I know. So it doesn’t really matter which carrier, all of them are facing these issues. Just my two cents...
Edit: I want to add that, maybe, we should blame ourselves and everyone around the world who are ordering online for the shipping delays😄
Forgive me if I expect a shipping company to do the ONLY thing it is supposed to do - deliver product at the agreed price and time. I have seen UPS randomly decide to make up a fake bogus reason not to deliver something when local. Usually something incomprehensible. People paying EVGA to do upgraded shipping and then it doesn't get there on a regular basis is a problem. There is no recourse "because Covid". I know for a fact these businesses have made poor management decisions (usually out of greed) that has resulted in this poor performance. I get it - sometimes the weather is bad. This happens far too regularly now. I have parts on order from Titan Rig - they sent me an email saying they were hosed in Texas and that was that. Not a big deal - I can wait! My KingPin doesn't even have an estimated delivery on the 7th day of shipping from California! Really?! It's pretty funny that Amazon can deliver 99.9% of the time on time and with appropriate updates - no wonder they run their own logistics/delivery business now. In any event - good luck to all on the queue. Plan for some extra time once you actually get through it! It moved pretty quickly and am I just excited to get my rig up and running.

I don't think you're in the wrong for expecting that. Many of these companies have definitely made decisions based on the bottom line with little regard for their employees or customers. I don't doubt that covid has affected them adversely but perhaps they shouldn't be operating a company with a skeleton crew. But like they tell us where I work; it's cheaper to pay someone overtime when they have to cover extra shifts than it is to hire extra employees.

It's for people to try and track where they are in the queue. So they might estimate how long until it's their turn based upon the activity of others. If you look you'll see they're posting the item they're in line for and the date/ time they registered followed by if they have been notified yet.

I’m just wondering of all of the others who ordered their KPE the same time as you did, if they are experiencing the same delivery delays. Maybe those of you can chime in here, and let us know? I’m currently 26 away in the queue, and I expect that I may also experience your frustration when my time comes up to buy the card, since I’m in Canada. Anyway, I hope you get yours soon, alexaqui! EVGA has very clearly stated there is no way to know and they can't help us if one were to ask. This thread is an attempt to guesstimate what the queue looks like and how many are in line in front of you. I believe the maintainer feels as though the self-reported queue is around 50-60 percent of the actual people who sign up for notifications. What that means to me is if you're number 50, assume there are an additional 50 before or around you so effectively you would need 100 cards to drop before you get yours. That said, it relies on data submitted by the community thus there is no actual way to know. The more that participate, the more data we get but we can also be 100 percent certain not everyone is participating.

We are trying to keep the head of the queue near the top of the main tab so folks don't have to scroll too far down to see the current list. What I've done in response to your request is moved the historical list over to the "second tab" ("K|NGPIN Tranche #1 and #2 (Historical)") so you can see the progression if that is of interest to you. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!

Hate to say it but Chinese New Year started on 2/12. So another 3-4 weeks before our next drop I suspect. If not longer. I think the drop you are referencing occurred on 2/12 and 2/15.

I think Dabadger is anticipating that one last shipment was on the way before CNY hit...and that it will land in Los Angeles before we will then suffer a delayed CNY break. At least that was the discussion from a week or so ago on these threads.

I need to watch the Expanse. I didn't love the first episode, so it got kind of hard. But I hear too many praise it. Another one I would recommend is the man in the high castle. It's just super awesome. The guy from Dark City, Rufus Sewell, he's so brilliant in this.
I need to try High Castle again...I bounced off it the first time. I acknowledge that The Expanse takes an episode or two...it tries, unlike other popular sci-fi, to have an explanation for much of the universe's "rules"...e.g., why folks who are born, live and die on space stations have elongated bones...are taller than "Earthers" or folks from "Mars" but who are unable to go planetside without special medical treatment due to the heavier gravity...etc. etc. The universe is really well thought through....
Alright. Restarted the Expanse, committed to at least get through episode three to revisit my past impression. Just finished Season 3 yesterday, what a great show. Great dialogue, some awesome characters / acting, and great story. Some things are a little so-so, but overall, glad I went back to it. Thanks for the suggestion.

ain't that the truth! Just got done watching whatever's been release for WandaVision, 7 episodes I think. Was pretty decent, hopefully it's not over yet. I read a thing that says Disney has big plans for MCU Television programming and how they're going to be vital to the way the MCU unfolds for Stage 4. Basically pushing people to adopt Disney+ if they want to understand the MCU going forward. As long as it's quality, I don't mind because I find it enjoyable and if I can get smaller bite sized pieces dished out more frequently than a large meal every other year, I'm good with it.
