I just also checked and it's not listed like you mentioned. Others from the EU have tried to get the hybrid through the US site but ran into issues when payment/shipping came up. The EU site has the KP HC GPU so I'm not sure why they don't offer the hybrid since they offer the hybrid 3090s and other GPUs on the site. Maybe something to keep a close eye on if they do offer it so you jump in on the queue early.

the kingpin hybrid moved 12 days today? bananas...this is why I recommend buying the waterblock if you have the opportunity...the kingpin hybrid queue seems to be very less condensed than the kpe HC

Thank you apricate your efforts! I did get my second card in the hydro copper! So even if they do open it unless i build a second system which i highly doubt at current prices and availability of parts I should be good! Now to see if i can get my SLI working for at least some benchmarks Most games run worse with sli these days! Any one do tripple or quad sli? or i should say NVlink now!

I cannot speak to the lottery system vs purchase, but I would argue they don't overlap. More importantly, for your inquiry, a 3090 KPE is not a 3070Ti, so there won't be a problem. The EVGA queue restriction is One Unit of each SKU per account/physical address. Because the 3070 Ti is not a 3090 KPE, no problem in this scenario.
