I imagine he's making a decent commish in EVGA Bucks but seriously, enewt puts in work. Also I know it doesn't actually affect my position in the queue but I swear, every time I'm about to move up a spot somebody crawls out of the woodwork with an earlier time lol.

Tell me about it. Three weeks ago, I was at #112 on the KPE HC list. Some cards have dropped to the queue and yet today I am still at #111. I feel like I am treading water...poorly. 

Once you got the KPE HC card, are you going to keep managing the queue?

I know the feeling.  I'm at #120 for the KPE HC and 52 seconds for the 3090 FTW Ultra HC, the only cards I queued for, and whichever life raft shows up first, I will abandon the other.

enewt, start a patreon. i'm sure some of us would contribute. tracking all the threads and updating the list and summaries takes time. and time is money

I won't abandon the community and leave the lists fallow.... I would happily relinquish administrative responsibilities to anybody who has demonstrated a commitment to this community and whom is interested in the role. Happily.  

Can't replace the man with the quotes and stuff. So much more salt would be flying if not for you Enewt.  I know you helped my stay on the list much more bearable.  Got my KP last night.  Bench tested in Port Royal thanks to my local PC shop.  Ran mid 13k straight out of the box just to function test.  Went straight back into the box for now.  Once I have more time it will go into my system.  Thank  you brother, I'm still checking in here till you get yours bro.

Thanks for the kind words, but no…I will not be asking for donations. I’ll leave that stuff to the commercial website tracker thing.

Hey guys, is there a tracker at all for the HC block (400-HC-1999-B1)? I'm queued for the hybrid and HC, and I also got on the HC block just in case I magically get a hybrid first. 
Also, have there been any rumors of someone running two K|NGP|Ns at the same time? I am curious.

You're the best Newt!!! I'm 5 away from a block (so the tracker says). So if the hybrid comes before the HC, Ill be able to throw the block on there :D IDK, maybe the husband wants the AIO over a custom loop.... we will see.

the kpe hybrid is moving pretty fast...almost cleared 2 weeks off the queue in 4 days last week

I am currently 118 on the hybrid queue, 5 on the HC block queue, and 49 on the KP HC queue. As we all know though, those are only the people who decided to come on the forums and report for tracking purposes.

highly possible you may get the kpe hybrid and block kit first...the kpe hybrid is not condensed at all...even on straggler days, the queue can move a couple days.

And that only makes it more annoying when you see KPE HC Kits for sale on EBay

Yeah, EVGA could have just put that on another KP HC and called it a day. It would be nice if they created HC blocks only for those who already purchased (or are committed to purchasing) the Hybrid, but with the GPU shortage, people are getting on whatever lists they can. Maybe some of those people thought they were buying the actual GPU?
But there are people (like me) who want to have a HC for two people in our home. Since my husband doesn't go on the forums and hadn't even really looked at cards, I was the one that got on the waitlist for the two of us. Luckily since I will be able to buy at least one of each SKU, I can get me a HC, and him the hybrid, and put the HC plate on his. 
I got lucky and got a 3060 in a shuffle about two months ago, so we upgraded him first (he was using a Gt730, I have a Radeon 7600...). I am putting my old Radeon back in my old computer and wiping it for my oldest kid so she has something to do school work on. I will get the first KP, then will upgrade the husband if I am lucky enough to get a second one. I definitely know that I am building a custom loop (I've purchased all the parts and am just waiting on the GPU so I don't have to mess with a loop 80 times before finalizing the rig). I am still waiting on my ULTITUBE from Germany (was told 7-8 weeks, and that was almost a month ago that I put in my order) so I am hopeful that I get both at roughly the same time.  I can always custom loop the husband later.

I also think what is happening is that the re-sale value of the KP cards are going down as well.  A month or so ago, KP hybrids were going for close to or over 4k on Ebay.  At that price, scalpers could still make money off the card since ebay takes over 10% off the top.  Now the KP hybrids are usually going for around 3k or sometimes right under so the risk verse reward is starting to close to a point where it's not worth it for the scalpers to take on the burden.  Once you have the scalpers out of the way, it makes more cards available for users.  The other factor maybe that those also who signed up for the cards have either gotten the KP HC GPUs or have had other real life issues pop up that either prevent them from buying it now or they have already bought something else they are able to use instead. 
 
I almost didn't buy mines either since I got a 3090 FTW3 with a water block in my build.  I was planning on getting the KP card before that but since it was delayed my step up to the 3090 came up and i needed to make the decision to go for it.  Now I have my KP Hybrid sitting under my desk while I figure out what I'm going to do with my current GPU and how I'm going to block my KP.  It's a nice problem to have, but the timing for me wasn't the greatest.

If you want to open loop your pc, it might have been in your best interest to take the block.  The block queue seems to be running slower than the GPU queue so as long as you are sure you are going to purchase the kingpin, it would have been better for you to get your block.  If you didn't decline it and just let it lapse, you might want to reach out to evga and see if they can help you out by resending you a new email link.
