Complete garbage website, Three times I got enter my cc info and confirm order page and it kicks me back to the cart. Third time I hit place order button does nothing then kicks me out to the cart saying item was removed from cart smh

I got to place order 3 times during the evga elite period and one more when it went live for everyone else. Got the the green place order button and it never loaded anything after clicking. Tried to checkout for almost 2 hours. Tried paypal, CC, nothing. I also had the nvidia FE all the way to place order and that went OOS when I clicked submit. I am sad.

I saw someone else remark that cards in a cart can be zombies. I've got one stuck in mine too. Can't add to cart. Can't remove items. And when I try to check out now I get a server error message.
And now it's gone. Good news is the cart might work again. Bad news is it was in that state for two hours and now the cards are gone.
Sigh.
The FTW3 Ultra did stick around for a while so maybe next batch...

It's gone. This just isn't fair, I woke up at 5:30 PST to do this. I had one why would EVGA take it OUT OF MY CART??? Honestly I feel like they should email me when they weed through the bot cancellations and let me purchase one. I've been an EVGA customer forever dating back to the 7 series. Come on. Fix your site!

Thirty minutes of refreshing the Zero Object error to finally get to my cart, input payment, confirm shipping, only to have it removed from cart for lack of stock. Ridiculous. Not sure what was done in the last week to improve the buying experience, but I sure didn’t see it.

Same. 30 minutes to get it into the Cart. another 30 to get through Paypal redirect back to the confirm order page and stuck there until told it was out of stock and removed from Cart. Once the thing gets into the cart it should lock in. Take it out of availability and give the person 2-7 days, whatever, to complete check out to avoid the logjam. Send an email letting person know that if they don't complete order it will be removed from cart. Simple. Wasted over an hour this morning, dozens of refreshes at each step of the process for nothing. They gotta do better.
