I have recently began building my first pc. 
The parts I have are reused from a friend of mines so basically hand me down.
I have 4GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 295 GTX GPU
Forgive me if my description is sketchy but I'm really a noob.
THe issue I am having is that when I first put everything together the only issue I was having was with the original GPU for some reason The Evga Geforce 295 GTX would not install drivers to my build so I decided to purchase another one via ebay after several troubleshooting options.
Once I recieved my new GPU I threw out the old one stupid yes I know even before I tested the new one.
Now that I have the new GPU the computer will power on but won't recognize on screen and also makes the beep noise as if things are not connected right. Unfortunately I don't have another build to test the gpu on which kind of leaves me to guess. Ive been through many forums trying to figure this out but to no avail. Can anyone please help me and if you live in the Sacramento CA area face to face encounter would definitely be beneficial as well.

Ram: OCZ tech PC2 8500 1GB x4
PSU: Thermaltake TR2-430NP
CPU:Intel ?
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX295
I can't see the screen so I can't give you the CPU unfortunately and I don't want to wipe off the thermal paste on the chip already :(

A GTX 295 needs a minimum of a 680 watt PSU. The Thermaltake TR2-430 is only a 430 watt PSU:
