Is it possible to add PCIe power socket to the PCB of the EVGA 750ti SC?

The one pictured above Shows the FTW edition with a 6 pin PCIe socket that was soldered on to 6 round metal contacts on the PCB.

The 2nd image shows what the PCB on my 750ti sc looks like. It has the same 6 metal contacts but there is no socket soldered on.
Is it possible to solder on a PCIE power socket onto my 750 ti sc, Increasing available power to the card?

Your warranty won't support it, so if it were to fry the card, you would be on your own with a brand new paper weight.

I don't know if it would actually help, as I would figure the bios isn't built around the PCI power, since there is no PCI power currently.

Your 750ti is missing more than just the PCI-E power connector; it is also missing resistors, at least one capacitor, and at least one inductor.  Additionally, your card only has 2+1 power phases (2 phases for the core plus 1 phase for the memory) and has no provisions for adding the 3+1 power phases which the FTW edition has (missing voltage regulator chip, missing MOSFET, missing inductor, missing capacitor, and no space to add most of those items).  It would be pointless to solder on a PCI-E power connector since your 2+1 power phases aren't in demand of more input power as it is.

The bottom picture is not the same as my card. I only used that picture to illustrate how my card had 6 metal contacts like the ones in the picture.
The next Picture is the one I have. EVGA 750TI SC 2GB

Your're still missing components and still have only 2+1 power which is highly unlikely to be in need of more power sources.
