Anyone get brave and try the 275.33 driver?

I'm on them but it has the downclocking bug just like 270.61 did, I have to reboot my system sometimes before I play my games to bring the clocks back up.

I feel your pain, it was fan#3 (furthest from the vent) that scattered on mine. EVGA is great with returns and turn around time. My replacement had had the fans run at 70% for long periods with no issues and I set them manualy to 100% for 15 minutes right when I installed it.

can i upgrade rather than replace ? thru the step up program ?

275.33 worked good for me . 7193 on 3dmark11 highest yet. but i was able to goto 4.636 on 2600k this time . but it was still
my highest score, on slower gpu clocks .

I think that question might require a phone call to EVGA for any type of answer. I have added it to my to do list today since this is an item I would buy in a heartbeat!

Quad SLI support would be nice for the GTX 460 2WIN , since they do have SLI connectors

It would be nice if EVGA can make a suitable Quad SLI driver for these cards, two of these in Quad SLI could out perform 2 way SLI GTX 480's /GTX 570's maybe, since the amount of CUDA cores is greater.

4x 336 = 1344 same amount as 3x 448 which is like3x GTX 470 :)

I was just reading up on the extended warranty info and i come to find out that if you buy the 5 year or 10 year warranty extensions your video card becomes eligible for the step-up program. Its only $25 for the 5 year warranty on a GTX 460 2WIN, is it worth it?

Re:Introducing the EVGA GTX 460 2Win! 2012/09/20 06:36:34 (permalink)
i bought one of these cards a month a go and the first card would install but one of the GPUs would come up with a yello exclamation point on it error code 43
i tried everything in the book and not even the nvidia drivers would come up saying that i dont have a nvidia gpu working on this board! so i did my first and i do need to say painless RMA everything went great for the rma except i got another card and it did the same thing!!! so i called again to tech support and the first guy i talked with didnt seam like he was well enough informed to help me out with things so he sent me to TECH SUPPORT LEVEL 2.
once i got there i was advised that this card will not work on my motherboard because my mother board does not support sli and thus the reason of one gpu having a yellow exclamation poin beside it "both are recogonized as a gtx 460 only one with the exclamation point..
i think it would be a truely awsome card to run on a older mb but i guess they forget to inform the people buying them that if your mother board dosent support sli then dont by it!
it truely bothers me that they do not inform people until after the fact that it simply wont work!
plus if i had a sli motherboard i would have gotten a different card simply becasue it supported it! but the reason i "ATTEMPTED"this 2WIN was because it did have the dual gpu on one single card!!!!!
yea its a brutal catch 22!
and like always its the customer to pay.
it seems like the sompany has forgoten that without customers there is no company and with the attitude like"if it dont work buy another"
sounds truely sad to me
asus P5K-VM

HYPERX DDR2 PC2-8500 "8 GIGS"
OCZ REVO3 240 GIGS
COOLERMASTER 775WATT
COOLERMASTER 430 ELITE CASE
WIN 7 64

IN CONCLUSION JUST ONE QUESTION???
