My Titan X SLI runs in ~40C and ~37C idle in 1050RPM. One card has Always been running hotter than the other. The idle temp a while ago seemed to be 37C and ~29C I dont know why they have gone up. Im using EVGA Precision X16 and as long as im only turning the fans up im not overclocking anything right? As I dont have any knowledge I dont want to touch anything like Clocks or volts. I just want to know what idle temps the cards should be in and what fan curve you'd recommend.

Idle temps under 60C is perfectly safe for a GPU, Load temps are what you want to worry about. I like to set a fan curve 10 to 30 under the temperature.

    TEMP 40C    50C    60C    70C
    FAN   30%   35%   40%   50%

    so on and so forth.

At Idle I'm seeing GPU temps of 27C driving 3 monitors in Windows.  Though this is with the Hybrid version.

Keep in mind that under SLI, the GPU driving the monitor will always idle at a higher temp.  In addition, if your monitor runs a higher refresh rate, then the idle temp will be even higher for that GPU.
