I can't get the OC Scanner to install

I upgraded my system from windows 7 ultimate 32 bit to windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
Now the evga OC scanner won't installe. It keeps giving me error code 2.
Telling me that oc scanner.exe file already exists in C:program files x86.
But I checked and that file does not exists in that location.
The evga precision tune utility installed fine. The OC scanner installed fine
on the 32 bit operating system. I don't know how to resolve this issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.

    Doing a search of oc scanner.exe turns up no results?
     
    This is going to be a tough one to help you with. I installed oc scanner for the first time a couple of days a ago on my 64bit os and it was trouble free.

    I looked through my registry and although there is a key for evga software, precision is the only entry in there because it needs to boot with windows.
     
    If hitting your start menu and typing a search for oc scanner doesn't turn up any results, and there is no registry entry for it, then I don't know where it could be hiding. I checked my computer and the file is indeed located where you were looking.

    This is the error I get when trying to install the OC scanner.
    C:\PROGRAM fILES (X86)\EVGA\EVGA OC Scanner\EVGA_OC_Scanner.exe
    An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination'directory:
    MoveFile failed; code 2.
    The system cannot find the file specified.
    Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
    Abort to cancel installation.

    Do you have an eVGA folder somewhere?... If you're running Precision or E-Leet uninstall them. Then search for an eVGA folder and delete in. Just get all eVGA software off of you computer and start over, starting with OC Scanner.

    I fixed it. I was the version that I was trying to install.
    I installed version 1.7.4 and it installed fine. Do they have an archive of their older versions of the OC scanner scanner so I could see how new I could go up? By the way thank you for all your help.
