Hello,

After searching different threads here and on internet, I can't find out why I can't control or monitor in Rivatuner the GPU Core Voltage. I was using Precision X1 before but wanted to use Rivatuner Statistics.
 
Here is proof that Voltage Control is unlocked : 

 
As you can see, i can't even move the slider.

Anyone have an idea? 

The only thing that I did to the card was use Precision X1 previously (which now is closed and doesn't open on startup) and also I installed the OC BIOS 2 BETA 450W power limit (for the switch in "OC") position.

    You need the 4.6.3 beta version to unlock ampere voltage control (for what little use it is).
