I am using Precision X1 to update my BIOS, but there is no button or anything to download and install the newest BIOS. It only shows system information with no way to update.

Apologies for apparently non-working picture insert. Here it is again: https://imgur.com/a/lFTweTZ

You have reason to believe that there is a newer version, applicable to your video card, that is going to do something beneficial?

90.04.95.00.73 is for the KO card.

If your card is working and there are no problems there is ZERO reason to try and update the BIOS of the card. Furthermore, the BIOS as stated above isn't even for your card. It's for the KO version of the card, not your XC Ultra. The KO BIOS you're wanting to flash to has a lower boost clock at 1770Mhz vs 1800Mhz. Not sure why you would want to flash the BIOS to theoretically downgrade the performance of your card anyway.

I see, and understand now. Thanks for the replies!

Out of curiosity though, IF there was a BIOS update for my card, it would be accessible via the (i) icon in Precision X1, like it shows in the screenshot?

I doubt very much EVGA will be releasing any BIOS updates or revisions to the 20 series cards at this point. However having said that if there were to be a critical update to your card EVGA would either release it with a manual installer here on the website or push it through the X1 software to notify you along with official instructions on how to update the BOIS.

However, BIOS updates to video cards are extremely uncommon and not something you should really concern yourself with unless your card starts performing poorly or is otherwise exhibiting some other symptoms.

Techpowerup has a section with the latest bios for your card. Look up your card there and see if there is a updated bios. If there is it still goes back to why do you need to update it. It's easy to brick your card updating bios.

It's always a bad idea to give a novice user enough information that they could hurt their gear. Telling them to look for "updated" BIOS for their card is a fruitless task. Just because the number may be higher does not mean it's better or in any way offering anything new. Often a BIOS is revised because something on the PCB of the card was changed like it's power delivery or memory ICs due to supply or moving to a more readily available/cheaper source. Flashing a video card's BIOS just to get a higher number is pointless and will not offer anything new on this card and the user risks bricking the card in the process. Unless you are very much aware of what you are doing this could lead to a situation where the user is left with a dead card that will also no longer be covered by warranty if they flashed an incompatible BIOS to their card.
