Many of you may know this already, but for those of you who dont... Here ya go!

Now... AA is disabled with the new 1.9 patch and dx11 + hi res textures (maybe for flickering issues, but I have SLI and no flickering)

So... all you have to do is create an autoexec.cfg file and place it into your "Crysis 2" folder.
Now copy paste these two lines into the autoexec.cfg and save it and play.
r_PostMSAA = 2
r_UseEdgeAA = 3

To create an autoexec.cfg file "right click" anywhere in the folder and choose "New>Text Document".
Now rename "New Text Document.txt" to "autoexec.cfg" and hit enter.   It will say; "Changing the extension may be unstable blah blah blah..." just click yes to continue. That's it. Now you can open it with Wordpad or Notepad and add commands.

Here are some other helpful commands to add to your autoexec.cfg

g_skipIntro = 1  (skips all the intro videos)
cl_fov = 70        (field of view, Default for these is 55, MAX is 80)
pl_movement.power_sprint_targetFov = 65       (field of view while Sprinting)
r_DrawNearFoV = 70
cl_zoomtoggle = 1       (1 is on, 0 is off)
cl_crouchtoggle = 1

    Found the REAL commands to max out the ingame Anti Aliasing.
    r_UseEdgeAA = 3
    r_PostMSAA = 2

    Forcing through NCP does not work.

     I didn't know about this. I want to be able to at least try AA, and see if it works good or not. Thanks for the informative post!       :)

    The AA in Crysis 2 is very weak. They really wanted to get the best performance out of this game. I wish they had 16XQAA like the old Crysis. The AA in Crysis 1 was superb!

    it goes into the "Crysis 2" folder. Not the bin32 folder. It sits in the same folder as bin32... along side it :)

    my config is exaclly like that it doesnt skip intro or AA

    after a configuration tool was developed crytek took those settings out.... beside the graphic settings rest are double checked with another file somewhere else. yet to be cracked

      it worked before crytek patched it

    Hum, I made an autoexec.cfg file and put his settings into it and I no longer get the intro (godsend ) and when I go to look at my graphics settings in the game it list it as custom. So it seems to work fine for me.
