You could spin the heatsink and have it exhaust out the top. This way you can get two fans on the Hyper 212+.

Nope won't work. Then the heatsink could cover the RAM slots even with the fans on the other sides.

As long as it don't hit the ram, then your good. The 212+ isn't the biggest heatsink. I had to remove my fins to get mine on.

Won't work for my system because I can't fit my ram because it covers the two slots. I have Corsair Vengence 4GB RAM and they have their own little mini heatsinks which makes them a bit taller than normal ram chips.
 
    I'm not super worried about not being able to put 2 fans on my Hyper 212+.
 
Issue is how to control the fans that I have.

if it were my system.
i would do a h100 water loop in the cpu
leave the door off
turn the GPU fan speeds up to 90% in game.
 
so you are looking at 100 bucks.

Not too much into watercooling just yet and my cards aren't really setup for watercooling so I would end up having 2 cards I can't water cool.
