It seems like such an easy decision..... RTX 2080 ti, black 2 choices. EVGA Hydro Copper EKWB block (nickel plexi) I think EVGA's led's are addressable. EK is not. EK has chrome or Black back plate. EVGA existing plate that came with card. Looks like EK has more port positions. I think both will do a fine job. Anyone think one looks better than the other? I can walk into Microcenter and get an EK tomorrow.....or wait until EVGA ships on the 7th and wait another 4-5 days on shipping. Just as soon as I think i'll go with one or the other....I change, lol.

Corsair LL120 X 4, LL140 X 2, NOCTUA NF-f12 X 3, EK XE 480 and black ice 360 Radiators, Custom LED lights, PetG tubing.

LOL, because I'm an idiot! Totally forgot about that. Sheesh. Just going to run one Card. Maybe a second sometime but Don't think i'll need it. Next debate is a 240 radiator or a 360. Contemplating a thinner 360 for space considering where it mounts but a 240 will probably do it. 360 definitely makes second card a little or no issue to add. CPU will be on a XE-480. That alone will handle them both but the second loop is more of a showpiece. I am surprised more folks aren't putting their two cents in why they bought X brand water block or how their block is working out for them. I've looked at hundreds of posts and builds and don't get any clear consensus out there.

One Card this was enough But not two Cards I can keep the Cards running @ 2070MHz as long as I can keep the Temperatures Below 38°C but once they hit 40°C the cards would drop to 2055MHz. It is not easy to Cook the RTX Cards like it was with the GTY Cards. I have Radiator, 3x120mm Fans, 54mm Thick, 30-FPI Copper Part No. HX-360XC to replace the one I have in the above Rig Radiator, 2x120mm Fans, 54mm Thick, 30-FPI Copper Part No. HX-240XC I think once I have the 3x120 installed I can keep the Temps below 40°C or at least 45°C and run the cards at 2055MHz. I go Reservoir/Pump to Radiator to Water Block(s) to Radiator and back to the Reservoir/Pump. To note "the second loop is more of a showpiece." it is not a showpiece for me but the best cooling I can get on the CPU and GPU. This my X299 Dark Rig with 1080 Ti cards. Back Front

Don't worry they will come, Lock Stock and Barrels But no one cares about any of the RTX Cards here unless it is an FTW3 Card

Single card whatever.. dual cards, ek when theres a choice as it's easier with there bridge to combined them.
Overkill for a rad is always better then being short.
2 120,140 ok.. but if your going for max overclock go tripple 120,140 rad atleast. Yeah fat dual 120 would work. I like fat tripple 120 rad ;) 60mm atleast.
More rad the slower/quieter you can get away with the fans.

.....Step up..... after wife gets used the 3K plus already spent, lol. Then I can possibly sneak the FTW. Dang near $600 just to add second loop.

Well, I got burned so to speak. Decided to go with the EVGA block. EVGA was closed. Decided to try and save 3 days buy purchasing from Modmymods. They charged the card, but turns out they dropship directly from EVGA.....who was closed until Monday. Still no email notification that it's processed or shipped yet folks buying the Dark boards already have a tracking number. Large bummer.....Can't finish loop without that.

Just to make sure the card is fine and not bad! Would suck to pull it all apart cause you had a bad card that you could of avoided if you tested the card on air first. Alot less work if you test the card on air first. Way easy if ya ran 2 sep loops for the GPU and cpu.

Your welcome. Pretty sure I've got one. It's been pretty comical going to different websites. I know I have usernames and passwords and generally it's the same thing but not always. It's been so long since I really gotten back into it. Took me three days to remember my Corsair username and password. Turns out it was the normal one and I must have just done a typo but Corsair kept sending me password resets that never got to me. I've got a rig I can put the 2080 in and try out but the power supply doesn't have the 8-pin connector we need. I could disconnect all the power and just put my 1600 T2 outside the case and plug it in and see how it goes. I'm still bummed, people are ordering dark boards and getting tracking numbers and my waterblock was ordered last week. I knew they were not shipping till Monday but I still don't have a tracking number. Modmymods tells me EVGA is behind yet the dark boards are going out in droves. Really frustrating. Instead I spent all week researching LED lights. I know most people have a love-hate relationship with these but I'm going to drop a bunch in. I can always turn them off. I now have both reservoirs both pumps all the tubing and then some all the fittings drains the works but no waterblock. Let's hope it comes quick. Maybe I should switch to the dark board.

Yep always test HW prior to installing in a case and adding Loop.....I prefer EK Full Cover Blocks w Backplates and the Terminal Block for SLi.....the Terminal Blcok adds additional support and strength to the sLi arrangement and is quite easy to install... Cheers!!
