Help! RMA Return Shipping Label, shipping from New Zealand.

 Hey there, I'm a bit confused.
 
I had my RMA approved and was sent instructions to send my 570 Graphics Card via. FedEx or TNT, and that I must pay for a return shipping label.
 
I went to FedEx and explained my situation and they said it is going to cost me well over $300NZD to send the card with a return shipping label. 
 
Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?
 
Does this sound normal or am I not going about this correctly? 
 
I am sending from Auckland, New Zealand to the EVGA RMA Dept. in Taiwan. 
 
I have uploaded a copy of the shipping form EVGA sent me.

    Hello dontspeak,

    The label references and requests that you only pay for the cost of shipping the defective video card to the Taiwan office.  EVGA will always pay for the return shipping on the replacement product to you. 

    Currently the Next Step: Return Defective Product to EVGA 

    So, all you will have to pay for sending the product to EVGA.  I do apologize for the miscommunication or any confusion, this may have caused.
