Hello , i just recieved my RTX 2060 from EVGA and the LED SYNC isnt working

I've already tried uninstalling the program and running it again , even restarting the pc and checking if the card its connected correctly to the motherboard , i dont know what to do anymore

    Exactly which RTX 2060?..There's about 10 different ones, with and without LED lighting.

    What other EVGA products with RGB LED lighting do you have that you want to sync together?..That's what LED Sync is for..If you have none then don't install LED Sync with Precision, you can uninstall it.

    Maybe you're right and it doesnt have any led light , i was just confused since on the side of it it says: GEFORCE RTX , isnt that supposed to be illuminated?

    An RTX 2060 Super SC Black part number 08G-P4-3062 doesn't have any LEDs/Lights..I reckon that's why they call it a 'Black', I dunno.
