I have a pretty decent mid-size case and my 3090ti FTW3 Ultra fits easily with plenty of room on the end and underneath.  What I've noticed, though, is that every once in awhile my general case fans are spinning up a lot higher for a minute or so to expel a lot of extra heat in the case.  I'm sure it's because the GPU is creating a fair amount of additional heat from the increased power draw.  Even with the occasional noisy fans, my CPU and GPU temps are always very, very good...The CPU is also air-cooled and it seems to be staying in the 60-65 degree Celcius range when under load.  My GPU always stays in a healthy range as well.

So I'm wondering if maybe it would be a good option to look at undervolting the card a little bit to cut down on the heat in the case.  Has anyone had any luck in doing that on this card?  Do you think it would be worth it? And if so, what would you suggest starting at?  I've overclocked before...but not underclocked. :)

Thanks for your help!

890 mV with a clock speed of only 1425?  Am I reading that correctly?

That seems like a low clock speed. Or am I just missing something?

On a 3090ti?  Was it an FTW3 Ultra?  Also, that's a slight overclock on that card, right? Because doesn't that FTW3 Ultra card have a Boost Clock of 1920 MHz?

its a Gaming and its BC is 1890 but not really a true OC because the card normally boost to 2040 -2010. 1995 was about where the card settled down when it got warm. so I adjusted the voltage to see how low I could go and be stable, I could go lower but the clock would drop to 1960.
