My 2080TI Kingpin’s OLED stopped working and X1 is now showing odd readings. Voltage at 3299 and not changing. iCX temps of 0c, 1c, 3c, 10c... any support would be greatly appreciated.

David,

You are probably going to want to perform a clean uninstall of PX1. Followed by a complete shutdown, Turn off the PSU.

Restart and reinstall.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve tried that too. Still nothing on the oled and PC1 is still showing 3299 on voltage; plus weird temp readings

Give this a go for a Clean up of PX1

When you complete 0.3.19.0 Install Do Not Start PX1 but Turn off your Computer.
Then the Power Supply Switch and wait a minute and then power back up.
Then Right Click on PX1 and Select Run as administrator
The LED Firmware file you want to use is E200_FA3F_20190510.hex

Ya that definitely looks like an issue. Locate the bios switch and move it to the middle position or any position besides the one it’s on. Then shut down the computer and turn off the power supply. Wait 1 minute and then turn the system back on.

If that does not work I would remove the card and reseat it in the same or another PCIe slot and see what happens.

If you continue to experience this issue after all that you could test in another system and or call evga support. I have found them to very helpful over the phone.

Service phone number for America’s

Good luck and I am sure we can continue to try to help you here on the forum as well. Bcav is really knowledgeable on many things evga as are others here on the forum.

I would try to reflash firmware on the card, using PX1. Click on (i) icon next to PX1 version, and use firmware update function to flash E200 FA3F firmware.

If you have question, please post in public forum. I do not reply PMs, so all in community can benefit the answer.

Yes I did. Sorry, I thought I replied back. Same issue, but now 5 led lights are flashing next to bios switch.
