Guys, need help with evga gtx 780 reference

after launching my computer i always turn on EVGA Precision v5.2.5. I was shocked when i saw that after launching it the gpu temperature was 77C, and gpu clock was 1058(didnt launch game and etc, cooling of PC is perfect). When i used evga 4xx precision my temperature after launching pc was 33, and gpu clock was  370.(cuz i didnt play games and etc). I have latest drivers.Pls, help me. Besides, v5.2.5 is lagging a lot.

    Why you don't back on 4.2.1? I saw people here still use special for series 700 and I decide to stay with 4.2.1
    Riva Tuner Statistic Server is necessary if you want to look data on screen but I see on keyboard without RTSS.
