Green/blue/red/yellow lines on monitor

I have a problem with one of my screens when I boot my computer! It happened once while gaming too but it did it only once! 
 
Does anyone know what could be the problem? Could it be my monitor or one of my graphics cards? I have 2 other screens and they dont do that!
I havent done any testing yet!

    you could try switching the cables around, to see if it was just a cable  but more than likely - your monitor is bad

    Switch two cables around! I've been re-booting my computer and that seemed to have fixed my problem!
