Geforce gtx 960 SC repair

Hey guys I've got a gtx 960 SC 4Gb
(04G-P4-1962-KR) that was victim of a power surge and it damaged some components on the power side of the board. Any help identifying needed components would be greatly appreciated!

I believe LB on this board denotes ferrite bead but have no clue as to the values and size as they got quite crispy. The traces are still intact so I hope to repair the card.

    If those inductors popped, I think that there is likely far more wrong with the card. Good luck!

    For the price of the repair, even if you do this yourself, along with the components it would be better that you buy a new card or a card from the EVGA B-Stock if you reside in the USA.

    I would imagine components would be around $15, but I'm intrigued. What is EVGA B-stock?
