GTX 780 SC ACX underperforming?

Hi
 
I have recently bought a EVGA 780 SC ACX and have ran a number of tests and it does seem to be under performing compared to people with a similar spec rig.
 
I appreciate my CPU is a bottleneck however have overclocked it to 4.33 MHz. 
 
Here are the two tests I have run;

 

 
I notice that people with the same CPU are reaching 10k GFX score on 3D mark 2013.  I don't have a fantastic mobo could this be having a negative affect on the benchmark?  It's a Gigabyte Z77-D3H.

    My firestrike score is only about 200 points more than yours. I know I only have an i5 but it doesnt seem that low to  me. How did it compare to others with the same system?

    Please list complete system specs, i.e. power supply, case, RAM, etc...Are you running any overclock on the card?  When running benchmarks, do you have program running in the background?  What driver are you using?

    I am not running any over clocks on the card.
    I only have Steam running and some mouse and keyboard apps.  AV and other unwanted apps are closed.
    I'm running with 326.80 BETA drivers.

    I ran the same benchmark on my system and I have an i7 3820 running at default. Your score is considerably higher so I think you're fine.

    I guess I found it odd that my graphics score was always sub 10k on 3Dmark even though I have the same card.  I appreciate most have OCd the card but I can see Frankiegs results and he has 10k for graphics on firestrike with a stock SC ACX card.
    I think I will be getting a second 780 and will test that independently before joining them for SLI.  I will also compare the benchmark after I put in an Asus Maximus mobo that I have in my other case.

    These are my scores, no overclock on the GPU and similar system.
     
    My ASIC quality is 91% for whatever is worth. The card GPU boosts to 1137. I don't think you should worry about it, you are at around the range of scores people get on this card. More importantly; how are games running for you? Are you satisfied with game performance?

    I have 8534 for the Firestrike score..Your right about there

    what is your actual GPU Score? I see it Its like 9000+. My 770 classified does 11274. Is it me or should a 780 should score a little better?

    Hello,
     
    I have ~9500 score with GTX 780 SC reference cooler + I5 2500K.
     
    The GPU is overclocked to 1189Mhz Core Clock +500 Memory.
    My CPU is overclocked to 4.9Ghz.
     
    So I suggest to:
     
    1. Overclock your GPU (You should put voltage to max).
    2. Increase power target + Temprature limit.

    Just to point out I was using 3DMark fire strike and not 3DMark 11.

    Woah I wasn't expecting that!  I took Husky's advice and overclocked the GPU and ran fire strike again.

    But mainly trying to figure out why is his score was lower than yours.
