Looks great. Some sleeved extensions will help to complete the look

Yes correct that has always been like that with EVGA's Hydro Copper line of cards hehe They are the cards that made the backplate a big want for many normal card users Them GTX 580 Classified backplates fit on air cooled like Hydro Copper variants of the EVGA GeForce GTX 580 Classified 1.5GB & 3GB's Go here for more info: EVGA GTX 580 Classified Backplate

There was a classified 580 HC on ebay for 450 shipped...run for a few days on the OC bios at 1100MHz core clock, so I jumped on it Actually this upgrade in my sig will be my first water cooled build ever, and i am dying to get started...the end of this semester can't come soon enough haha

Hmm OCing doesn't say no do me me much, since I collect High End VGA cards from all types, hereby I prefer to keep them in their original state, but I can imagine that you are pleased with it hehe. Nice fiind though, 450 USD incl shipping is a good deal. But I enjoy reading these topics a lot and thereby I try to help when I can

Yeah OC'ing doesnt mean much on the GPU to me either, but just to know it gets that high is pretty neat... I'd probably do a very slight OC.

{uZa}DOA those cards look sexy with backplates on them.. IMHO they should have come with them.... Reason they didn't is because anything more than SLI and you could not put the cards together. They are slightly thicker than your average card. So Tri/Quad SLI would not fit.
