I love my 570 EE vanilla, its running cold as ice at 880mhz core @1.08V I would recommend the 570's, they are great cards. My single one is running 60fps on bfbc2 all HIGH settings, 8xMSAA,VSYNC,16xAF, and HBAO (horizon based ambient occlusion) turned on. And it honestly does not skip a beat.

I just bought two 570s. Originally i was gonna run two 580s but for $300 more the performance just wasnt there to me, its like 10 frames comparing single 570 to 580.

I may be biased because I own a 590 but don't forget a 590 has access to 1.5GB of ram per GPU while 570 SLIs 1.28GB, a negligible difference but nonetheless something when VRAM is already the #1 CON for 590 vs 6990. I'll be interested to see someone with dual 570 post their 3DMark11 scores using Performance preset, particularily interested in the GPU score section. The official EVGA 3DMark11 post doesn't include any 570 SLIs.

I totally agree, I ran quad sli 295's and never ever had a problem, it just kept getting better and better as the new drivers rolled out. Most of the ppl that had a problem with them were ppl that didnt even have the setup and were just jealous because they couldnt afford it. Im guessing the 590's are no different if not better. Quad SLI FTW, if your pocket book allows.

limpkorn Personal opinion, but I have never liked dual GPU cards. So much crap around them usually. I would deinetely take dual GTX570's in SLI over the single GTX590 any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Make sure your case is well ventilated for dual cards. nice replay! i got 2 x 570 and im happy i play battlefield 3 max out on 80-140 fps depends of the map

I have now owned five seperate gtx 570's and have never had a single issue. I say two of the 570hd 2.5gb for less then $800 is the best bet. I am running @ 5760 X 1080 with max settings in most games and high in the others with plenty of vram left over.
