I have seen in the net that, since AMD bought Radeon the drivers and products have gone downhill.

That AMD card is very decent for gaming at 1680x1050 and below. More or less 1600x900 though same with the 550 Ti. I don't know what resolution you are running. But, if its 1080p. You will be very disappointed with both cards. You could have got a dud card from the factory as well. It happens. I would contact HP and ask for a new replacement card.

If you don't game. Then you are fine. I would still look into HP getting you fixed up with the AMD card. Especially with the whole system being new. Also make sure you have the latest system drivers and bios for your machine.

it is but both cards are a lil weak on larger screens and when running 1080p best bet would be to sell the 550 and grab a 7870 or 560ti for the price 7870s are very hard to argue with alot of power for a great price

Even with a factory overclocked GTX?,i already ordered it from Newegg. The only thing in the future,i'm gonna install Flight Sim Gold. The most my monitor can do,is a resolution of 1680x1050.

I checked Newegg, and the majority of monitors have 1920x1080,is that enough to play a flight sim? I exchanged the previous card for a EVGA|01G-P3-1557-KR GTX550 TI R Overclocked.

to really play flight slim at 1920 x 1080 you want a 7870 or 560ti even at your current 1600 something you want a better card or you could sell the 7770 and pic up a better mobo then grab a second 550ti and sli them

I am not sure why you wont listen. Like I said before. A 550 Ti is meant for gaming at 1680x1050 and below. More like 1600x900 tbh. I have one on another system. As a matter of fact. That is the card that came with my Phoenix originally. It is PERFECT for that resolution and below. If you want 1080p gaming. You need to step it up to a 560, 560Ti or if you want Kepler. A 660 at the minimum. A 650 Ti will work. BUT. It is still slightly behind a 560. They are so extremely close though. I see the 650 Ti pulling ahead in the near future from the 560 as drivers get more optimized and better for the 650 Ti. Even with it pulling ahead of a 560. I don't expect by much or a huge amount. But, a gain is a gain.
