Hello,

I upgraded my PC today and after everything was done i installed precision X1 (was new to me because before i always used precision XOC) and now the Led Sync option on the right is greyed out? GPU is running without any problems with a boring white lighting.
Has anyone a idea how to fix it? I was able to fully control the lighting mode and colors with the old software?

Led Sync is for syncing lighting of other EVGA products with LED lighting such as syncing EVGA graphics card lighting with EVGA CPU cooler or mobo LED lighting..If you don't have any other EVGA products with LED lighting then LED Sync is of no use so don't even install it with Precision X1.

Graphics card lighting control is in Precision X1 itself if you scroll through screens using the left/right arrows, no?..Uninstall Precision X1 and install Precision XOC again if that's what works.

Thanks for the link to Precision XOC! for some reason i couldn´t download it and thought the download link was disabled since EVGA stopped support for the tool (kinda don´t get it because X1 looks like a version of XOC from 10 years ago). I don´t know if it´s supposed to be like that but before i was able to control the lighting effects with Precision XOC by clicking on "LED Sync" which opens the control panel for the lighting settings. Anyways it works now so thank u very much!

Here is a screenshot of the "LED Sync" panel in XOC.

I have the 1080FTW version of the card.  Precision X1 does not allow the configuration of the LEDs but Precision XOC does.  Thanks for the link to download the XOC version of Precision.  I'm not sure why the X1 version doesn't allow it, but glad bob16314 linked the XOC download.
