GETTING ON BLUE TINT SCREEN

HI IM Satya from India,

 IM GETTING ON BLUE TINT SCREEN WHILE USING EVGA GEFORCE GTX 550 TI 1GB FPB
I start from the beginning where it start to find this,after a good shutdown of my PC and few hours later when i just power on my system after waiting a while my monitor getting no input from my graphics card so i reset and started well then to boots i noticed that its only displaying the BLUE TINT on my monitor i so much worried that i had a failed monitor so i came to adjust my system components and I also tried the 2 ports of the card DVI still the problem persists than i removed the EVGA graphic card and connected to VGA on-board motherboard [INTEL-DG35EC] than it boots with good color as normal way fine.
but when i reinsert my EVGA card my system can't starts my monitors power led keeps blinking and once again i reset and started well starts again with BLUE TINT only..
i don't know what to do with this card i have 3 years warranty now,
you guys tell me what to do.. ? did any one experience the same problem which i had..

    OK, first of all reseat the video card in the slot. Make sure the onboard graphics is disabled. See if the problem occurs again. If it does and you did NOT use the same cable as you did with on board graphics then try another cable or borrow one from a friend. Should that fail try the second DVI output port. OK, should that fail try another PCI-E slot if you have one on your motherboard but keep in mind that your PC will boot but the screen might stay black until the windows loading screen.
