Although, I have a new computer that I built over the holidays, my company's firewall software is not currently supported on Windows 8. I am attempting to set up a 3rd monitor with my old computer so I can work from home on the weekends.

I purchased the GEFORCE GT 640 because the box as well as the sales person at CompUSA/Tiger Direct said this card supported 3 concurrent monitors. I have two 23" Acer monitors (DVI) and 1 22" Acer monitor that has HDMI input.
My system is running Windows XP Service Pack 3
Pentium 4 single core 2.8Ghz
1.5GB of RAM

In the NVIDIA control panel, I have selected "Configure Independtly From Each Other (Dualview). My display options in include some combination of 3 of my monitors.
A-B
A-C
B-A
B-C
C-A
C-B
There is no option that includes all 3 monitors. When I change the display option, my monitors react as they should so I know its not a connectivity issue. I have selected "My display is not shown in the list." I have run the "Rigorous Display Detection" and "Force Television Detection" which requires a re-start.

1. Does this card support my desktop being on 3 monitors?
     a. If it doesn't, can someone suggest the most reasonably priced graphics card that would support 3 monitors.
2. How do I need to configure the card to that if possible?

I am somewhat competent in computers and recently built a new system after a great deal of research, however detailed instructions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

OK you have given no driver version details or other software installed so.........................

If you have Precision or afterburner installed then
    uninstall then and reboot
use this link to read on a correct install of the latest drivers - its a bit different with the new driver versions
after following that instruction try again the option should appear for you :)

    Windows XP 32-bit
There is everything that I could find:
    Driver Version: 310.90
    DirectX Support: 11.1
    CUDA Cores: 384
    Graphics Clock: 901 MHz
    Memory date Rate: 1782 MHz
    Memory interface: 128-bit
    Memory: 2048 MB
    Memory Type: DDR3
    Vidoe Bios: 80.07.55.40
    IRQ: 0
    BUS: PCI Express x16

When I went to driver download, this was the option that I was provided:

    11-26-2012 Driver 310.61 Windows XP 32bit

    Good afternoon,

Within Windows XP you are only able to use two monitors, this is limited to the OS. In order to access three monitors on this video card you will need to use Windows Vista/7/8. If you have any other questions feel free to shot me a email or repost here.
