I'm in the process of installing Win 7 x64 right now! I haven't done a 7 install since the beta versions. I seem to be hung on the step " expanding files" it has been on 0% for about 20 minutes now with no hdd activity (according to led), should I abort?

Yes, overclocking components can have an effect on a fresh install. I always recommend a fresh install at default clocks.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Very true and saving and restoring BIOS profiles has never been easier.
