When I activate K Boost, the BIOS multiple is set to 27.  CPUz shows 22 after starting windows.  
Some settings I think may matter are;
CIE=N
Turbo Mode=Y
Turbo Ratio=Y   (not sure what this is?)
Core 1=0
Core2=0
Core3=0
Core4=0
Turbo Current=N
Turbo Power Override=Y
Cstate=N
 
What can I do to obtain a multiple of 27 in windows per the K Boost option?

    What CPU and what mother board -- BIOS number

    I checked my settings per your instructions and found all the mentioned settings set as you described.
     
    Anything else to look at?

    I installed A73 and guess what, I have 3.6Ghz.
