hi i have no idea is the vepula is "hardware" if not move this thread

anyway i have noticed that my vespula with my logitech g700 dosn't have the same glide since it has 2 surfaces speed/control i tryed to switch to the control surface by just flipping the mousepad and that one has better glide which wasn't the case in the beginning

now i got the mousepad the wrong way as it won't fit it's too wide so it sits on it's side with the handrest facing to the right (which btw is an excellent protection if i accidently thrust the mouse to that side)

anyway i am suspecting the mousepad being in need of a good cleaning so how do i properly clean this one i read that plain water works but i don't want to risk that my g700 is just a couple of weeks old the feet can't have lost there glide yet right? as they do look different from what they used to look like day one

It looks like Razer has a support website, you can try there if you are afraid to try cleaning it yourself. I doubt that a small amount of water on a clean towel used to wipe off grime would do any damage, but if someone here can't give you a for sure on it, I would see if there is an owners manual available or contact Razer support.

I use some electronics wipes to clean my Mouse Pad and Mouse. Some glide will be lost because of friction against the pad but that is to be expected. Unless you have the money to replace the little Nylon Pads on the bottom of the mouse once a month.
