Alice I do see some memory at 2200 and 2300 from G.Skill. However, for any real world applications including games you will not see any real improvement over 2000 MHz memory. You could probably OC to high speed, but why risk your PC for so little gain in performance.

CMT4GX3M2A2000C8 looks like 2000 MHz RAM. You could get that and be all set, but to be honest I think the money can be best spent elsewhere since there is very little improvement over cheaper 1600 MHz RAM (which is really all you need). If you have the money to spend and want the best, then go for it.

The implication of high RAM support just means if overclocking, but there is no gaurantee your CPU's memory controller will take it up there due to levels quality. Overclocking is luck fo the draw, Intel (or any vendor including EVGA) doesn't make gaurantees regarding out-of-specification. DDR3-2600 would require for instance a 2:10 ratio at a 260MHz which can push the CPU to over 5Ghz if leaving the CPU multi alone -- not with LN2. So you would have to push higher RAM divder ratios and lower the CPU multiplier. But, unless your RAM can actually run at 2600Mhz, there is no way to tell beforehand, you just have to try it out in small steps while stress testing throughout.
