x58 motherboard choice help!

First of all hello everyone!
 
Now I just got a W3520 Xeon and am now in need of a good motherboard for overclocking. The Motherboard and CPU will be watercooled(Bit overkill since I will be using a Black Ice GTX 480 radiator for just this) so I am looking for a motherboard that will get me great OC's using watercooling. I mainly just play video games.
 
I have been looking at the FTW3 for a while now, but came across the SLI3 while looking around. I was wondering if it is worth it to go for the FTW3 over the SLI3?

    The FTW 3 and the SLI 3 share a lot of the same features however traditionally the FTW series products overclock better. You do get a couple more features on the FTW series then you would of the SLI series. If you go to our product page you actually select and see them lined up side by side.
