Fairly cold where i am at as well, although anywhere down in the desert will have questionable temperatures especially as the cities grow. You know, superheated concrete and all that jazz.

When i used to live in phoenix, i used to walk around outdoors at midnight in shorts and a tee shirt because it would barely get below 60f inside the city area. Outside the city in the unpaved country areas got rather chilly though....

If you want cold weather just stop over.
    It's currently 8 below.
Thanks to the blizzard last week the roads are a mess and I have a 4-5 foot drift through the driveway with a path cut just wide enough to get the car out.
Here's my first attempt at posting a picture. (Cut me some slack if I did it wrong)

    Are you kidding me?

It's so cold in my house that my CPU is running at 48 F after running -smp for 3 days straight! And that's with it overclocked to 4.23 GHZ on air. Now granted it's a Core2Duo E8500, which is good for overclocking, but still, that's a crazy low load-temperature.

I'll gladly share some cold with ya!  It's 6F here right now.  That's more than enough cold for me.

So, umm, how do I go about shipping that to you?

It's below 48F in your house?  If not, either you mean 48C or your temp readings are horribly incorrect.  Sub-ambient temperatures on air are not possible.

It finaly warmed a bit up here.  Hit a low of -41.6 C (-40 c and -40 F are the same)  Saturday night.  Got up to -3 C today but its supposed to be back to lows about -25 C for Christmas.

I think this thread broke my good weather. It was in the 50-60f range just yesterday with no snow, now it's freezing cold and we have 3" of snow. I'm supposed to be running 2mi every other day! How can I in this freaking cold slush bucket? o.0

I grew up in calais maine and Ft Wayne Indiana, plenty of snow and cold weather. I used to run marathons, you can run in the snow and cold just only breathe through your nose
