Has anyone had success installing VMware Vsphere Hypervisor 4.1 on a 7 series mobo (I have a 730i)?  When I launch the installer, it says that it cannot find a drive to install to.
 
I have a RAID 1 with SATA set to RAID, but have also tried IDE with no success.
 
Not a big hardware guy so please use small words and speak slowly...
