Trying to control my fan speed and the fans are labeled on the mobo:
Sys_Fan
Cha_Fan
Pwr_Fan
Sys1_fan
CPU_Fan

The Bios has:
CPU Fan
Power Fan
Auxiliary Fan
Chassis Fan

So I can match CPU, Power, and Chassis, but I'm still left with 2 fans. Are these controlled under Auxiliary? Also only CPU and Aux are reporting back speeds. I have 2 different fans plugged into my Sys_Fan locations, and need to control my speed respectively.

When you say Power which connection are you specifically refering to? ... As the PWR Fan connection is normally intended for PSU's with a Controllable Fan through the Mobo connection

and with the 2 seperate Sys_Fan connections do you need to controll each one independently of each other? ... if so a small Fan controller may be a better idea on achieving that goal

Simpliest way to figure out which ones are which is if you have all fans plugged in, unplug one at a time and see which ones have no RPM read out.  Or if you have just one fan plugged in, see which ones have just one RPM readout.

For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].
