Ordering items from EVGA web site

Dear EVGA,
I have ordered EVGA X58 E770-A1 Classified3 from this web site. I had to wait 3 days and EVGA canceled my order, and they did not even try to explain me the reason. They have wasted 3 days for processing my order and finally they canceled....I have requested...No answer. I have called to their sales office. They do not know...Who knows???? I have already bought EVGA VGA card from Newegg and they are very fast. Could people from EVGA explain why they treat me in this way? I am good customer who buys EVGA products, but they do not want to sale me their motherboard…Why? Why they even have not reached me…? I hope that they will answer to my recent requests I have sent them by my e-mail. Even though that situation I will order this motherboard from Newegg and I hope that EVGA will not charge my credit card taking into account they cancelled my order. I am very, very disappointed. I have order a lot of items with the same credit card from other places and I have never had any problems before.
I look forward EVGA answer.

    You will probabley have to call 888-880-EVGA, Mon-Fri, and speak to someone, or E-mail sales, The forms are mainley for user's and rarley visited by staff, I would be more concerned if a user, was able to provide you with your banking, or credit information, on your account, in a open form, as I personaly like to keep Financial information far more secure than that. Good Luck. Pleas note if you need a copy of your credit report, you can obtain one free once a year at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp , but may want to contact your financila institution or merchant for specific transiction information.

    This topic was opened by me, because I am disappointed form EVGA service. Of course, I do not wait a user to answer to my financial stuff :). I have contacted EVGA, but they do not know about why they canceled. If they do not know. Who knows...? I hope that EVGA will see that topic. So my concern is not directed to any user but to EVGA.

    Here is the route I would persue in your situation, You may feel uncomfterable going that high up the chain of command, but that's what they are there for.

  • Another option, If you go to the top of the page, select Member home, then My EVGA, then My ORDERS, there may be additional information there, I would look for you, but when I click it it shows my orders, not yours. good luck.

    I have called EVGA again. This time they know why they declined, but I had to pursue them in order to tell me...They had to reach me to inform me what is wrong. They did not do that... In addition they have charged my credit card, but they will refund these money. Very inconvenient. I will never order from this site again. I will order E770-A1 from Newegg :). They are great and fast. EVGA has a negative feedback from me, because they did not informed me that I have mistakes in my order...If they did not review this forum so this is another negative feedback...I have seen G Skill to check every online shop which offer their product and take into account customers concerns. Why EVGA cannot do that..Never mind. The problem has been found.

    EVGA has superior products, but I am disappointed from their customer's relations. I hope I will not have any problems with my future motherboard and VGA card from EVGA :).

    Hi,
    I accept your apology. I am happy that somebody from EVGA saw my topic. The denial of order was because of my fault, but I did not expected to wait 3 days to know about my mistake.
    I will order my EVGA X58 E770-A1 from Newegg.
