Lately I was experiencing an issue caused by the combination of both my new EVGA 460 and MSI motherboard.

Basics of the problem are random freezing, no issues with anything, only presents when the combination is their MSI motherboard and EVGA 460. When seperated, no issue exists.
THere is a split second repetative audio loop of whatever is being played when it freezes.
 
I thought anyone experiencing similar issues probably should know that updating the BIOS of their MSI board will solve the issue.
