watercooling crossfire on ftw

Hi
I have the FTW and will be watercooling 2 x 5770.
I was going to det on of these to connect the 2 waterblocks on the cards.

Is the 3 slot the right size to cover the distance .
 
Also I will be using a SSD with Win XP will that b ok.

    Should be, but you'd probably be better off with hose and Bitspower Compression fittings instead. It gives a little flexibility to installation and doesn't look too bad either.
