I'm down for the 1st 2 beyond that, they were kinda bleh. 3 was soso, 4 IMHO sucked.

xanderf "All four"? So even Cinemax is too good for AvP and AvP 2, huh? LOL - nice! Those aren't what I would consider part of the Alien series. AvP and AvP2 were great movies, but I would have classified those, Alien Predator Series.

It's a shame the AVP series wasn't made to it's full potential. The content was there, the story preexisted, it's almost like they tried to make it fail. At least we got Prometheus and possibly its sequels coming up :)

At least we got Prometheus and possibly its sequels coming up :) Nah, the real problem with them was that they tried to cater to a wider audience - assuming that including anything future in it would limit the audience to "SciFi fans, only" - and so set it in the present day, among other problems.
