So I have been having this weird issue.
I have added a link to show what my issue is exactly since its a bit annoying to write in words: https://youtube.com/shorts/aXHJ10DeeLo?feature=share

The thing is, once it actually "works" the pc doesn't have any issues even when under load and playing games etc.
Do keep in mind that this card was given to me by RMA after I have send my old one after a fan failing (not sure if that helps at all but its been like 2 ish years since I got it from them).

Thank you in advance.

This issue could be a problem with the card, or the psu of your system. Best thing to do would be to test your card in another known good working system to see if the issue will follow the card. If the issue follows the card to another known good working system then the card has a problem that will need to be repaired. I'd suggest sending the card to northwestrepair on YouTube.

Revert to an earlier driver. My last two driver updates have caused issue with the 2080ti and game play.

So far i have given the GPU to a friend of mine to try, and so far there is no issues and the issue i showed is not happening.
Its looking more and more to be a power supply issue than a GPU issue not going to lie, am still waiting for a bit longer to see if it happens or not again

If you have some extra pci-e cables that came with your psu I would try swapping them out first before buying another psu.

Did your friend use the same driver?

Did you try his card in your system?

Make sure to try 537.58 or earlier driver. I have same issue on my 2060 super. So, new nvidia drivers brick my fan control and gpu overheats because fan is not working at all. Than pc crashes and GPU fans go 100% because of overheat protection. I tought my card was bricked or my fans died but it was just driver issue that will hopefully soon be adressed by EVGA because as far as i can see those gpus are mostly bricked. How can you check if this is the issue. Turn on your pc and install any fan control software like EVGA x1 and if there is no fans detected you can 10000% be sure its driver issue because fans cant work at all.
