So I have been using this KB since Nov 2021 and I have no complaints. Matter of fact, I have been impress with support since I have requested 2 to 3 key buttons that have broken.

I recently moved and made sure to transport the PC/Monitor?/Mouse with me in my car to avoid issues. So I put everything back together back for some reason I hit the KB with my knees and leg and now some of the buttons don't work (Enter, Back arrow, etc), the whole keybord is lighted in WHITE but the 3/4 of the key pad is RED and only the 0, 1, 4, 7 & NUM LOCK are lighted in WHITE.
 
I have gone to the Unleashed Software to RESET to no avail. I even unplugged the KB, waited 30 seconds and while holding the ESC button, I plugged in the KB again but nothing happened so now I am going to have to be purchasing a new KB or so it seems.

Before I give up on it, any words of wisdom that I could try to reset it back again?

Well, as stated, the keyboard is already out of warranty so I couldn't even send a question to you guys.
But to answer your question, NO, swapping buttons does not help in any way, shape or form.
 
I will email Support but it would have been nice if you could have told me "How to Hard Reset" the Keyboard.
 
Oh and now, it does seem like more and more keys are failing as well.

The reset on the Unleash software is a ZERO TO THE LEFT for me. It does absolutely nothing, no changes, at all except the time to go to sleep mode.
 
This is TRUE even before this happened to the keyboard. I use it mostly for the X20 mouse so I can have 1 setting for work and setting 2 for gaming and rearrange my keys.
