Bought Z15 Keyboard, "A" Key Not Working

The "A" key doesn't work on the keyboard. It comes with 8 extra switches, so I swapped the switch. Still doesn't work.
 
Is this unusual?

    Yes, this is unusual and unfortunately it sounds as though there maybe something wrong with the connector where the A button switch sits.
